If you have any questions about your visit, feel free to contact our office. Our staff is dedicated and available to answer any questions you may have regarding insurance, appointments, or podiatric care and treatment.
We also would like to introduce you to our new Patient Portal. As an Advanced Foot & Ankle Center patient, the patient portal will allow you to:
- View Prescription Drug Education
- Request Prescription Refills
- Request Appointments
- Review your Personal Health Information (Vitals, Labs, Prescriptions & Appointments)
- View important Care Plan Documents
- Update your Profile, Insurance and Contact information
Please know that all information is completely secure and confidential, but is available to you from anywhere with an internet connection.
To get started, you must first activate your account. After your initial visit, we will send you an email with your username and password. After your initial login, you will be prompted to change your password. Take note that you are not able to log in without initially activating your account.
Once you have successfully entered the Patient Portal, please use the messaging center to send us a message telling us that your were able to successfully login and let us know how you are doing. If you have any questions, or problems getting into the portal, or if you forget your password, please feel free to contact our office at 208 785-6700.
